We’re seeking an experienced RN with supervisory experience to lead and support our clinical team.
In this vital role, you’ll provide hands-on patient care while ensuring an efficient workflow of our back office team at the San Luis Obispo Primary and Specialty Care clinic. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Performing patient assessment, care, and education to pediatric and adult patients in a clinical/urgent care setting
- Supervising and training clinic nursing staff
- Working closely with physicians to manage patient care; triage phone and in-basket messages for providers
- Collaborate with the Practice Manager and Clinical Director to ensure seamless clinical operations
- Planning and adjusting staffing to meet operational needs efficiently
- Responsible for the management of the Quality Assurance and audit process; responsible for ordering clinic supplies and medications
- Current CA RN License
- BSN or MSN
- BLS from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- 3 years of recent clinical care experience

- developing a plan of care including setting goals, monitoring and documenting progress
- implementing interventions that are pertinent to goals established in the plan of care
- evaluating the effective of interventions toward the attainment of established goals and
- recognizing the need to reassess or reset goal parameter
