As an Administrative Fellow, you will attend various executive leadership meetings, be involved in an array of enterprise-wide projects and initiatives, and lead different projects for the organization. Richard Azar, Chief Operating Officer of UCLA Health, provides executive sponsorship for the Administrative Fellowship program and preceptorship throughout the fellowship year. During your Administrative Fellowship, you will serve as a member of Richard’s senior operations leadership team, share recurring individualized meeting sessions with him, and experience executive-level decision making throughout the organization in your various meetings and projects.

Drew Weil, Director of Hospital Operations at UCLA Health, also works closely with the Administrative Fellows and Richard Azar to customize the fellowship experience, coordinate experiential learning, and guide the day-to-day aspects of the fellowship.
