JOININGUCLA HEALTH

We want our hiring process to be smooth, clear and simple so that
UCan quickly connect with a UCLA Health career that’s right for you.
These are the steps you’ll take:

Search our openings by keyword, job ID, location or MOS code. Look for roles that match your experience and qualifications. Once you have found a job opportunity, click Apply. You will then create a Candidate Account which can be used to apply to any of our openings. In addition to your Candidate Account, you can join our Talent Community to have positions that are tailored to your preferences emailed directly to you.

When we receive your application, we’ll review your experience and skills. If there is a match with our current needs, you will be contacted by phone or email to schedule an interview. We’ll keep your information in our system for future opportunities that may arise. To check your application status, log in to your Candidate Account in the applicant system.

If your unique background and abilities ideally match one of our open positions, we’d love to talk to you and learn more about you. We’ll contact you by phone or email to schedule an initial phone interview with a recruiter. The interview will help us better understand your qualifications while giving you a better picture of the role and working at UCLA Health. Review the job description and information about UCLA Health to prepare for the interview.

If you’re selected as the final candidate, we will contact you to congratulate you and extend a verbal offer. At this time, you will receive more information on compensation, benefits, and the next steps in the process. You will also have an opportunity to ask any remaining questions you have. A written offer will be sent to you as well. If you are currently employed or have other obligations, be sure to communicate that to the recruiter and hiring manager.

After you accept the offer, we’ll contact you to confirm your start date, location and other onboarding details that will enable you to start off on the right foot on your first day.
