Join our dynamic team as a Staff Registered Nurse, where you will deliver age-specific, high-quality nursing care in a fast-paced outpatient multi-specialty clinic. This role includes both direct patient care and indirect care via phone, utilizing the nursing process and collaborating closely with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform comprehensive patient assessments and accurately document clinical information in accordance with clinic and institutional protocols.

Educate patients, families, and clinic staff to promote understanding and support of treatment plans.

Assist with and prepare for medical-surgical procedures, administer medications, manage medication refill requests, and conduct follow-up care.

Perform venipunctures and IV infusions with precision and care.

Respond effectively to emergency situations using sound clinical judgment and established protocols.

Salary Range: $67.02-$101.40/hourly
Required:
- CA RN License
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
- BSN or MSN required
- Three (3) Years or greater adult Med/Surg or clinic experience as an RN
- Knowledgeable in Medical-surgical nursing and nursing processes application.
- Skill in identifying problems and recognizing abnormal diagnostic findings and /or significant changes in patient’s condition.
- Ability to modify treatment and approaches and explain rational to patient and families.
- Ability to convey critical assessment data in a clear, concise manner to appropriate personnel. Skill in organizing material and information in a systematic manner to maximize efficiency and minimize duplicate effort.
- Ability to work effectively under conditions of fluctuating workload and frequent interruption.
- Ability to complete a high-level Nursing physical assessment.
- Skill in developing a plan of care including setting goals, monitoring and documenting progress.
- Ability to implement interventions that are pertinent to goals established in the plan of care.
- Ability to evaluate the effective of interventions toward the attainment of established goals and to recognize the need to reassess or reset goal parameters.
- Ability to delegate tasks in a management style that is consistent with promoting leadership and teamwork.
- Knowledge base to provide education to patients, families, and other staff regarding clinical and patient care issues
