- Assisting in the staffing of disaster-response meetings and communications with NCTSN members and our partners.
- Liaison responsibilities with the Product Development and Information Technology teams in support of Terrorism and Disaster Program goals, as well as with our different funders.
- Assisting in fielding requests for trainings and resource
- Managing logistics related to travel and training.
- Compiling data for quarterly and event-specific reports
- Tracking information, data, and deadlines on behalf of the entire T&D team.
- Proficient in communication and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
- Demonstrates ability to analyze, research and synthesize large amounts of data with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask with demanding timeframes.
- Expertise in project management and using project management tools and applications.
- Experience working with multi-disciplinary professionals and geographically dispersed, virtual teams.
- Some knowledge of child trauma and disaster behavioral health.
- BA degree in psychology, social work, or related field, or equivalent experience in a mental health related field
- 2 – 3 years of experience
