Provide the tools necessary to deliver cutting-edge health care and groundbreaking research. As part of our Information Technology team, you’ll ensure that our medical professionals have access to the latest breakthroughs in technology, and you’ll play a key role in protecting our global patient community.
The Environment Analyst plays a critical role in ensuring the stability, reliability, and overall health of our Epic ecosystem. This position manages both production and non‑production Epic environments, oversees build migrations through Data Courier, and maintains well‑governed, high‑quality content that supports safe and efficient clinical and operational workflows.
In this role, you will manage Epic EHR environments—including production, test, training, and lower environments—while coordinating build moves and release activities to keep systems aligned and functioning smoothly. You’ll collaborate closely with application analysts, technical teams, and operational leaders to support upgrades, introduce new functionality, and drive ongoing optimization across the organization. Your expertise helps ensure that clinicians and staff have the stable, high‑performing tools they need to deliver exceptional care.
This is a flex-hybrid role which will require you to be onsite as required by operational need; there are no reimbursements for travel to “home office” location. Each employee must complete a FlexWork Agreement with their manager which will outline arrangement parameters and aids both parties in fully understanding expectations. Arrangements are regularly evaluated, and are subject to termination.
